Terms & Conditions for cancelations related to COVID-19

Participants who have already paid their registration fees but are thereafter obliged to cancel their participation due to travel restrictions in place affecting their ability to travel outside their country or visit Greece will receive a refund according to the following terms:

-cancelation by 10 July 2020: full refund less the amount of 20 Euros (administration fee)

-cancelation from 11 July 2020: a refund less the amount of 100 Euros (administration fee)

Postponement of CNR*20 to a later date

In case of postponement of the conference to a later date by the organisers for reasons related to COVID-19, submitted abstracts and paid registration fees will be considered valid for the new dates.

If however, participants wish to cancel their registration for the new dates, then the same terms apply as above for cancelations by 10^th July and from 11^th July.

Cancelation of CNR*20

In case of cancelation of the conference by the organisers for reasons related to COVID-19, the same cancelation terms apply for registered participants as stated above for cancelations by 10^th July and from 11^th July
